Golden Dragons PDX Dragon Boat Paddling Club
The Golden Dragons PDX Dragon Boat Paddling Club is men and women, at least 50 years old, who paddle dragon boats
for fun, fitness and friendship year-round on the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon. The club was founded in 1996 and currently has more than 150 members. We have Open Practice Monday,
Wednesday and Friday year-round, despite rain, heat or holidays (except during unsafe conditions posted in Announcements to the right). Hover over the Open Practices
calendar on the right for practice details, and check the Where We Practice map below it.
All, at least 14 years old (minors accompanied by guardians), are welcome to join us to try our Open Practice. Click "How to Paddle with us" to the left for more details.
We also have
lots of social get-togethers (click "Social Calendar" to the left). This is an awesome way to make new friends and enjoy yourself! Come down to the river and join us.
Golden Dragons only pick up speed when they get over the hill.
